From the Desk of the Navigator
My own journey—with all its lessons, missteps, moments of clarity, and importantly my Catholic faith—is what brought me here.
Through my own experiences and countless honest conversations, I kept seeing the same cycle repeat itself: fear, holding back out of self-protection, and a quiet loss of faith that real love is still possible. Mainstream apps count on that exact loop to keep people stuck swiping.
Breaking out of that cycle takes step-back awareness. The choices we make directly shape our relationship outcomes, and real change only happens when we are willing to practice self-reflection, growth, and open communication.
I genuinely love meeting people and having rich, honest conversations. As a teacher, my work has always been about active listening, careful observation, and helping others make meaningful connections. Combining those human skills with my faith in God is why I started The Catch—an intentional Catholic matchmaking service created to walk alongside you as you grow, reflect, and seek a partner rooted in shared values.
Marriage is more than just a life long relationship. In the Catholic faith, marriage is not simply a relationship or a legal arrangement. Holy Matrimony is a Sacrament—a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, ordered toward a faithful and selfless union.
