Step One: The Gatekeeper
Credential Clearance & Vetting Structure
Execute the Operating Agreement and certify your single status and canonical freedom to marry. Every candidate undergoes our proprietary Gatekeeper Vetting protocol—including government-issued ID validation, biometric facial liveness verification, and criminal background screenings. Your chosen enrollment tier establishes your standing in our community: the Active Client ($995.00 / 3-Month Founding Term) pipeline engages a dedicated 90-day active outbound matchmaking effort with priority vetting, while the Catholic Registry ($0.00 Free Entry) registers you as a passive pool Member in The Vault at zero cost, with Phase 1 biometric verification required upon entry and Phase 2 background screening executed prior to match introductions.
Term Structure Notice: Active Client search packages cover a fixed, non-recurring 3-month search term ($995.00 Founding Rate) and do not utilize automatic monthly recurring billing. To maintain continuous service, active scouting, priority vetting, and preserve locked-in Founders Circle rate protection, renewal payments must be manually authorized and submitted prior to the 90th day of your active cycle. Unpaid accounts automatically lapse to passive Catholic Registry Member status.

Step Two: The Dossier
Visual Modesty & The Vault
Once cleared through Phase 1 Biometric ID Verification, you secure your position inside The Vault and construct your private Member Dossier. All Catholic Registry Members and Active Clients provide authentic, unfiltered visual parameters and a video introduction to verify modesty, personal presentation, and individual character integrity. Your files remain completely gated from public searching or browsing, viewable exclusively by the Navigator until a mutually discerned Catholic match path is established and discretionary visual access is provided.

Step Three: The Briefing

The Discernment Consultation
Active Search Clients participate in an intensive 1-on-1 Discernment Briefing. This detailed human consultation establishes your personalized scouting parameters, core Catholic values, spiritual alignment, lifestyle preferences, and courtship readiness, serving as the strategic playbook for our proactive, outbound matchmaking effort across Fairfield County (and within 15 miles) to help you find a like-minded Catholic partner with canonical freedom to marry.

Step Four: Direction & Stewardship

The Fellowship Concierge
Active Search initiates dedicated outbound matchmaking, priority vetting, and internal database scouting. Once a prospective match is identified and clears mandatory background screening and canonical status verification, the Navigator manages 100% of date coordination. We eliminate the friction of scheduling by coordinating logistics and securing introductions across Fairfield County (or within 15 miles), allowing you to focus on genuine fellowship, shared Catholic values, and intentional discernment.

Enrolls you as a passive Catholic Registry Member inside The Vault at $0.00 cost. Upon account creation, you must complete Phase 1 government-issued ID validation and biometric facial liveness verification to enter the Vault and become eligible for matching with Active Clients. Registry Members incur no service or vetting fees at any time, but upon selection as a prospective match, you must clear Phase 2 criminal background screening and verify your canonical single status within a mandatory 48-hour execution window prior to date coordination.

Enrolls you as an Active Client for a dedicated 3-Month Founding Term ($995.00). Engages a proactive outbound matchmaking search, includes the intensive 1-on-1 Discernment Briefing, fully absorbs all Phase 1 and Phase 2 vetting and background screening costs ($200.00 safety allocation) for both yourself and matched candidates, and provides complete active date coordination by the Navigator.
The Founders Circle Guarantee
Active Search Clients in the initial Founders Circle cohort lock in the $995.00 / 3-Month Search Term rate for all continuous, uninterrupted renewals. To preserve this locked-in rate protection and maintain active scouting continuity, renewal payments must be manually authorized prior to the expiration of your 90-day cycle. Allowing your term to expire without renewal forfeits rate-lock protection and lapses the account to passive Catholic Registry status.
Notice for Catholic Registry Members: Database entry is $0.00. Passive Registry Members pay $0.00 for screening or vetting fees at any time, as all Phase 1 and Phase 2 safety expenses are fully absorbed by the Active Client’s search package. However, to accept a proposed match, Registry Members must pass initial Phase 1 biometric ID verification to enter the Vault, and complete Phase 2 secondary background screening and verify canonical single status within a mandatory 48-hour execution window upon match notification prior to date coordination.
